's Ochtends een afspraak met de architect, alle tekeningen en voorstellen zijn door ons ondertekend en naar de instanties verstuurd. Het zag er netjes uit.
Met een beetje geluk, kan er daadwerkelijk begonnen worden in de laatste twee weken van september.
Volgende week, wanneer de kinderen weer naar school zijn, gaan wij verder met het slopen van de binnenmuren, snoeien en opruimen.
David Sorbier is met het laatste afwerken bezig.
Het ziet er allemaal geweldig uit.

I would remove the tree which is blocking the view from the side terrace. It is not too big now but will continue to grow and hide the house at some point. The garden also leaves you lots of potential with so much space. It would be nice to have small allotments like in your mill island garden which give the guests an impression of privacy - little hedges separating them so they have only the river to see and no other people who stare at them for eating six portions of fish and drinking three bottles of Beaujolais:-)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenJust an idea. The roof looks good now on the extension. I am getting more and more confident that it will be really really good. The only problem I see coming is that it will be too expensive for someone like me to afford, not a single dish under 10 Euros! What a pity. Can you not make a separate area for those who don't like to spend money at the back where you have "older dishes for half price!" lol
